Everyone knows I love a good cover and a good, dark, melancholy melody despite my generally cheery disposition. Woven Hand gives this double whammy of a cover of Bill Withers’ “Aint No Sunshine”… complete with unsettling guitar and enough feeling in his deliverance of lyrics to make you wince.
Feel free to sing along whist guzzling some red wine on this beautiful Friday… as that is what I plan on doing when I get home and begin getting ready to see Joel & company play some tunes at Fitzgerald’s!
